Volunteers
The Wave Project depends on our team of fantastic volunteer surf mentors, who help clients in the water and give them confidence and encouragement.
We are currently looking for volunteers aged 14 or over who are compassionate, reliable and have a good sense of humour, from the Cornwall and North Devon areas.
Volunteering as a surf mentor with the Wave Project is rewarding and fun! An in return for your time, we offer fantastic training opportunities, including accredited surf instructor training courses, lifeguard course, first aid, autism awareness, safeguarding and mental health awareness.
