Welcome to our referral partner page. To refer a young person to one of our programmes, your organisation will need to become a registered referral partner. If you’re not sure how to do this then take a look at our explanatory video to guide you through the process.
On this page you can find out more about how to become a referral partner. You can download our referral partner agreement, and you can also refer someone you are working with to a surf therapy course.

Our referral partner agreement sets out our obligations to you and your obligations to us. It contains information about our safeguarding policy, data policy and working partnership. Only referral partners can register young people for our courses.
