What working with young people has taught us about mental health

Connection beats perfection
Confidence grows in supportive, non-judgemental environments. Whether you’re a parent, friend, or volunteer, being present and kind is more than enough.
Take off the pressure

This week, check in with yourself and the young people around you. What brings you calm and joy? And if you’re looking for ways to support The Wave Project…
