Joe founded the Wave Project and has overall responsibility for the running of the organisation.

Becky heads up all things relating to retail & business partnerships. She is your point of contact for enquiries about retail, brand partnerships & national events.

Laura manages the administration side of the office.

Tom runs all things design and marketing for the charity from social media, to website and app development, he is your point of content for any marketing needs.

As part of the Fundraising team, Emma is your point of call for any business that wants to get involved with us at The Wave Project. Whether that’s through product collaborations, choosing The Wave Project as your charity of the year, or sponsoring one of our events. Emma also works on grant applications to Trusts & Foundations.

Francesca handles all things policy and contracts. With a background in law, policy and advocacy, she works with the executive and delivery teams to develop The Wave Project’s policies and partnership agreements. She is also a surf instructor and lifeguard and volunteers as a Surf Mentor with the Dorset Project.
