The Wave Project has been working with young people in Sussex since 2015. From quite humble beginnings, we now run six Surf Therapy courses each year as well as a thriving Surf Club. We have helped, and continue to support, hundreds of young people. Brighton might not be famed for reliable waves but we more than make up for that with all sorts of ocean-based games and creative activities, and with the enthusiasm of our fabulous volunteers.

Our courses operate from Southwick beach (by Carat’s Café) and in 2023 we are joined by a new Project Coordinator, Kate Priest. It looks to be a very exciting year ahead! We would love to hear from you if you are interested in getting involved.
