We are very excited to bring a pilot scheme of The Wave Project to St Andrews in May 2021!

We will be running three surf therapy courses and can’t wait to spread surf therapy to young people in Fife and Dundee.

This pilot was able to be set up after receiving an amazing donation of £21,000 from the University of St Andrews Charities Campaign.

St Andrews has such a rich history, and The Wave Project are proud to become part of the story of the town. We hope our project can bring together different communities to create  a positive change for young people.

Ruairidh Farquarson

Project Coordinator - Fife & Tayside

Ruairidh is a familiar face from our Scottish project in Edinburgh & Lothians. As well as being the surf coach for the local surf school, he has been a lead volunteer with The Wave Project for years.

He has always been at Alison’s door, asking what more he can do to support The Wave Project. After a successful pilot from St Andrews, we are thrilled to have Ruairidh as part of our team in Scotland, covering Fife & Tayside.
