The Wave Project Wrapped 2025: Thank You For Being Part Of It
Thanks to your support, 2025 has been one of our most impactful yet.
Together, we supported 2,674 children and young people, more than ever before, across 17 locations, with the help of 1,397 incredible volunteers who make Surf Therapy possible.
Over the past 12 months, our community has shown up in so many ways. From the Croyde Surfathon and Santa Surfs across the country, to the Big Give, UK Surf Cinema and the relaunch of our refurbished Newquay shop, this year has been full of moments that brought people together in support of Surf Therapy.
At a time when children and young people are facing increasing mental health challenges, early intervention matters more than ever. Surf Therapy offers a safe, supportive space to build confidence, connection and resilience — often before difficulties reach crisis point.
Here’s to helping even more children and young people access Surf Therapy in the year ahead, using early intervention to support wellbeing, reduce anxiety and help young people thrive.
